การเช็ควันว่างและการจองด้วยตัวเองสามารถตรวจสอบและทำการจองได้ง่ายๆในเว็ปไซต์เลยคะ  ถ้ามีการขีดทับตรงวันที่ ยกตัวอย่างเช่นในรูป 17,18,19 Sep หมายความว่าวิลล่าเต็มทั้งสามหลังคะ  
แต่ที่ไม่มีขีดทับหมายความว่ายังมีวิลล่าบางหลังว่างอยู่คะ ให้เช็คในระบบได้เลย

หาดแหลมหลวง อยู่ด้านหน้าเหลียวแลเลย ห่างไป 80 เมตร เป็นหาดเล็กๆที่ค่อนข้างเป็นส่วนตัว  หาดทรายขาว
หาดทรายเม็ดแรกห่างออกไป 800 เมตร  มีหาดทราย แต่ไม่สวยมากนะคะ เพราะที่เค้าได้ชื่อว่าหาดทรายเม็ดแรก เพราะเป็นหาดแรกจากกรุงเทพที่เป็นหาดทราย

It's very easy, you can do it by yourself, you don't have to wait.
 
Checking availability and booking by yourself, you can check and make a reservation easily on the website. If there is a strikethrough on the date For example, in Fig. 17,18,19 Sep, it means that all three villas are full. But without a dash, it means that there are still some villas available. You can check in the system. You must inform about booking beforehand
 
Petchaburi are also available on booking.com and agoda.com. If the OTA has customers booking it will be cut to no vacant room.
You must pay a deposit of 50% within 24 hours to confirm the reservation.
It is a first come first serve basis.

How many % of the deposit must be paid and when do I have to pay? 50% deposit and the remaining 50% will be paid at check-out. Confirmation of stay is subject to transfer of deposit. You must inform before booking, RealRare Petchaburi is also available on booking.com and agoda.com if there are customers over there. If the system in booking.com, Agoda , OTA it be will be cut to no vacant room. We’ll inform all customers that if the booking is successful we will issue a booking slip for you. To prevent double bookings, it is a first come first serve basis.

At RealRare we have a swimming pool with a large water treatment system. The pool is a new technology known for mixing salt and chlorine to make the water as clean as possible and lots of activities Most of the guests will do activities that do not collide with each other.

Spacing, each villa is private, you are able to have fun without any complications with anyone else staying. Having fun inside and outside the villa will be a good idea since at RealRare, Phetchaburi, it is close to the seaside village at Laem Phak Bia Subdistrict, Ban Laem District.

In terms of cleanliness, we are very strict we use rubbing alcohol to clean the equipment that needed to be touched. Our team are real local Phetchaburi people. 
 
RealRare takes care of cleanliness fully. Because we are a manufacturer of home fragrance for export. So we have a lot of alcohol in stock. We therefore sterilize it after the customer arrives and leaves the accommodation every time. The area is far away from the dense community and there are no foreign workers. In the ball pit we will take it out to wash and dry in the sun 100% once a week and the floor will be scrubbed and sprayed with disinfectant alcohol. The pool will have a pool technician to take care of every week to measure the water PH and measure the level of cleanliness. Especially we have dolphins, a robot vacuum cleaner in the swimming pool, which is cleans every day and night, very diligent, not fussy at all.

I'm glad to say that the villa has a kitchen, gas stove, microwave, plates, bowls, spoons, refrigerators, kettles, you can cook your own food😊. If you bring your own seafood There is a fee for using BBQ stove and charcoal 500 baht/time.

About food, if it's seafood BBQ it is recommended to order in advance. During covid-19, fishing boats wouldn’t be able to leave every day. Order in advance to get fresh seafood, it is recommended to order at least 3 days in advance.

If you postpone, it’s accepted. The guest must notify the postponement of a minimum of 2 weeks and can postpone the stay within 6 months once, which does not coincide with a long holiday or various public holidays if it falls on a long holiday or public holidays which will require additional payment of the difference reservation cancellation section. We reserve the right not to refund the deposit.
